Together, we identify an appropriate location where you can take the medication.
We assist with coordination of after-death care arrangements.
We meet with you and your family, friends, and caregivers to review the standard Vermont Medication Instructions and create a plan for the day you'll take the medication.
Our authorized courier picks up the medication from the pharmacist in Vermont and delivers it to the location where you'll take it.
On the day you take the medication, two members of our team are present to provide practical and emotional support for everyone present.
With your authorization, and in accordance with Vermont guidance, we may assist with preparation of the medication according to the instructions provided.
After death, we coordinate the official pronouncement of death and notify the appropriate hospice, funeral provider, and other professionals so that the death certificate and after-death arrangements can proceed.
We remain present with your family, friends, and caregivers until the after-death process is complete.
